Beginning in March 2023, we’ll begin hosting TFC Thursdays, socials designed for TFC Alumni throughout the United States that take place on the second Thursday of each month. Based on the concentrations of our alumni, the following cities have been selected as TFC Thursdays locations: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, D.C.
We are currently looking for a few Captains in each of the cities listed. The Ask of the captains is to ensure that at least one captain is present at each month’s event, choose a TFC Thursday host location each month, and send a list of event attendees to the TFC. If you’re interested and willing to be a Captain for your city, please fill out this (brief) form. Thank you!
If you have questions, please reach out to TFC Alumni Engagement Chair Sumit Kar at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As an alumnus of Vanderbilt and a former participant in the Vanderbilt TFC’s social ventures community here, you have unique stories, experiences and feedback. As part of our larger effort to increase alumni participation, we would like to hear from you.
Through this alumni survey, we aim to gauge whether your former experiences with the TFC or Project Pyramid have shaped your capacity for leadership – both personally and within the social impact sector – in your time after Vanderbilt. Your input is critical to us as we iterate on how to make Project Pyramid and broader TFC offerings generative for student growth and development. Thank you for your time and thoughtful input!
