I am the Chair of Social Startups, a new position on the Board combining the Hult Prize competition with additional programming meant to support students interested in forming social ventures. I’m a second-year MBA student at Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management, focusing on Strategy, Marketing, and Operations.
I grew up in Casper, Wyoming and completed my undergraduate studies at Gonzaga University. Following college, I was a Peace Corps volunteer in the Dominican Republic, where I ran financial literacy, micro-finance, sanitation and literacy projects in a rural village for two years. After Peace Corps, I was a Fulbright Binational Internship grantee in Mexico City, where I stayed a total of three years while working with startups.
